David K. Thompson is a commercial estimating manager with over 16 years of experience preparing estimates for office, retail, and warehouse construction projects. He specializes in detailed quantity takeoffs for large-scale projects. David is a Certified Professional Estimator.
Material Takeoff Specialist
Robert A. Collins is a senior material takeoff specialist with more than 13 years of experience in construction quantity surveying and material analysis. He prepares detailed takeoffs to support accurate bid preparation. He holds Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS) designation from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
